Graham joins as Nepali Football coach more than a year ago, in his tenure he hade made lots of friends from Nepal, more than 4000 friends in facebook half of them was Nepali, Lots of football fans wants to stop him with tears in eyes. He earned lots of respects and support from People & football fans from Nepal.
After bad result in AFC challenge cup Team Coach submitted his resignation from the post. He was in controversy when he used some Abusive words after post match press conference after loosing game with Palestine. Media also counter him for miss behave with media asking “Is he perfect for Nepali team Coach” ??
But in a positive point we have to agree that in command of Graham, Nepali football came to top in south Asia and climb ranking in FIFA ranks., Nepali team succeed to enter the semi-final of Saff championship. He developed team with beautiful football as FIFA President Blatter also committed that Nepali footballers remained him like a game of Barcelona, beside Nepal always in seek of Stickers to turn the game in to win.
He was specially called for preparing Nepali Team for AFC challenge cup in which He fails or Nepali team Failed to achieve. Nepal team performance was forgettable in Tournament with no goals.
In farewell party Grahm express his thanks for showing love & great gesture to him as team coach, he said “Nepali Football fans are best in world”. “They remind me of my days at Tottenham Hotspure, Chelsea and Glasgow Rangers. They come in thousands and they love the Team.” Before his departure he promised he will come back to watch the game of Nepal in Saff Championship 2013 as supporter wearing Nepali Jersey.
