According to PADT, Necessary preparation had been completed for this special occasion, 6000 personnel's from Nepal Police, Nepal Army and Armed Police force will be mobilize in Pashupati Area to maintain peace and security.
Apart this 10, 000 volunteers will helping people to visit Pashupati temple this day, PADT said necessary arrangements had been done to enter devotees easily Pashupati Nath Temple premises within 30 minutes.
Including 500 "Naga Babas" and 4000 "Shadhus" more than 800000 pilgrims across the world are expected to visit Pashupati Temple this Shiva Ratri festival. Crowd gather to see these Naga Babas and Shadus around Pashupati inhaling Marijuana and Drinking Bhang as "Prasad". We can see foreign tourists and local youngsters asking these Babas for one sip of Ganja as it is band for other people.
4 doors will open for people to enter free and one door will use to enter peoples easily without queue who will buy tickets of 1000 Rs. within 10 minutes.
PADT President Sushil Nahata says 2000 tickets had been arranged for people which can buy by15 Different Banks and ticket counters in Pashupati Area.

People keeps fast and awake all nigh worshiping lord Shiva burning logs of firesKids block the roads pulling ropes and ask for money (Jaaga) with peoples crossing roads, bikes and other vehicles, kids only allowed to go after giving money to kids and put away their ropes to let them go and they continues again.
