Hollywood Movie "Highway to Dhampus" in Nepal

Movie from Hollywood banner shooting around Natural & beautiful city Pokhara these days. Movie Named Highway to Dhampus is Directed by Rick McFarland in which some Nepali Actors are also been casted for lead roll like Raj Ballav Koirala, Subesh Rama, Deshbhakta Khanal & child actor Sanjog Gurung. Movie is jointly produced by John Williams and Jaswant Dev Shrestha (Nepal)

It will be the great opportunity for Nepali actors and Cinema in international arena of films if it does good business.

Most of the Scenes are going to shoot around Dhampus & Pokhara & some part is also going to shoot in U.S.A, U.K., Iraq. Beautiful location around Dhampus and Pokhara most attracted the film unit and they decided to shot the film there instead of India as decided before. According to film unit story of the film is influenced by Nepali Culture, heritage, and society.

Hollywood hit "Perfume" fame Rachell Hurdwood is doing leading role with Raj Ballav Koirala and Subesh Rana.

After strong condemn and clarification in press conference poster hade been removed from promotional uses. But now its new poster is also gaining controversy that it is just the copycat poster of Hollywood hit movie Basis Instinct.

Is this just a business strategy to be in limelight and to manage free publicity in page3 to earn public interests in movie and climb the ladder of box office success?
