Asia's Next Top Model is an adaptation of the original hit TV series America's Next Top Model, a fashion-themed reality television show broadcasted in over 100 countries around the world.

The new Pan-Asian television series gives young Asian women with modeling aspirations an opportunity to prove that they can make it in the high-stress, high-stakes world of international modeling. Coming from various backgrounds across Asia, the series follows the top model hopefuls as they live and compete against each other for the coveted prizes.

Hosted by Nadya Hutagalung, the show charts the transformation of aspiring models into successful top models. With fashion director Daniel Boey, fashion photographer Todd Anthony Tyler and model mentor Joey Mead King guiding and mentoring the top model hopefuls, these young women will see themselves competing in a highly-accelerated modeling boot camp to top model fame.

Aastha is an intern nurse who is eager to take her modeling career out of Nepal, where the industry is not yet established enough to support her big dreams. She is constantly seeking opportunities to fulfill her aspirations and her desire to break into the international modeling scene is relentless. She does not consider herself to be aggressive but she will fight fairly for what she wants. She believes in herself, and describes herself as creative and grounded, but also a dreamer. Her personal style is simple and minimal.
