World's Smallest Egg found in Chitwan, Nepal

World's Smallest Egg found in Chitwan, Nepal. According to Kantipur news chicken farm of Khem Subedi in Bharatpur Chitwan Giriraj breed of Chicken hatched egg which is only 2.1 centimeter in diameter and weight was just 2 gms.

In farm of Khem Subedi 40 out of 20 are chickens (female) and 20 are cocks (male) when he found that chicken hatching such small egg he was quite irritated and destroyed all eggs because it was quite small to eat or to sale for money, he was quite confused to pin point the original chicken which hatched this smallest egg.

When he read a news of worlds smallest egg which was recorded from china was (2.58 gms in weight and 2 cm in diameter) which is bigger than eggs he have, then he save some of eggs which can state a new world record in smallest egg in world.

FIFA Player of the year 2012- Nomeenies Reveiled

Fifa revealed the Nominations for player of the year for 2012. The list of candidates as below has been drawn up by world football experts from FIFA football committee and by the experts from France Football. Final decision is said to be made by the captains and head coaches of Men"s national teams as well as by international media representatives selected by France Football.

According to FIFA on 29th of November on press conference in Sao Paulo (Brazil) short listed three best contenders in every category will be reviled who have received the most votes (without unveiling the winners) including three nominees for FIFA Puskar award, names of short listed candidates for best goalkeepers, defenders and midfielders will also unveiled on 19-26 November respectively.

7 Players from Spain succeed to be in top 23 in the list. Other players in top 23 are 3 from Italy, 2 from Germany, Argentina and Ivoire Cost and 1 each from France, Portugal, Colombia, Sweden, Brazil, England, and Netherlands. Massive fire catches the godown of CG Electronic Company in Satungal,

Massive fire catches the godown of CG Electronic Company in Satungal, Bhaktapur yesterday. Dozens of fire brigades including all available in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur Municipality, Army, Police, APF and backup fire brigades from T.U. international airport and dozens of water supply tanks has been also used to extinguish this heavy fire.

More than 300 security personals from Nepal Police, APF, Army had been mobilized to rescue and control the fire but it is said that from last evening around 5.30 pm when fire started till today morning fire is still out of full control.

Chaudhary's groups CG Electronics company is spread in 100 ropanies of land which assemble different brands of electronic home appliances in Nepal like Mobile, TV, Washing machines, vacum cleaners etc.

Correct information is still not available that how this godown caches fire but according to some staff members and local people, due to electric short circuit fire easily catches the godown and due to plastic and electrical instruments which was heavily stocked in this godown this massive incident happened.

Correct figure is still to be calculate but due to this massive fire disaster gutted millions of rupees.

Nepal and U.A.E Shares the Trophy of ACC Trophy Elite Cricket 2012

In neck to neck match Nepal and U.A.E . jointly shared the trophy after tie in Final, Batting first U.A.E. made 241 runs loosing 6 wickets, One time it was looking like Nepal will comfortably win the match opening of U.A.E. was not impressive till 19.5 overs top order 4 bats man of U.A.E. returned to pavilion adding just 70 runs in score board. But 4 down batsman and captain Khurram Khan and Saqib Ali lifted UAE in good score position Kurram Khan Made 61 runs in 79 balls and Saqib Ali made 101 runs in 103 balls at the end UAE managed to made 241 runs in run rate of 4.82 runs per over loosing 6 wickets.

Starting of Nepali batting side was quite impressive opener Subhas Khakurel and Anil Mandal in partnership made 99 runs to give good opening to Nepal. Subhash made 55 runs and Anil made 44 runs while vice captain Gyanendra Malla made 32 runs, Captain Paras Khadka 31 runs, Pradeep Airee 16, Sharad Veshwakar made 38 runs from 36 balls, Prithu Baskota, Basanta Regmi and Binod Bhandari returned pavilion quickly just adding 4 runs, after that Shakti Gauchan and Sarad Veshwaker Protected Nepali side to loose the game, in last over when Nepal seeks 12 runs in one over Shakti Gauchan's lifted the ball in the air to cross the boundary for that magical 6 runs which was the much needed to Nepal at that Moment, in last ball Nepal need 2 runs to win the match but sadly Shakti Gauchan became run out after collecting 1 runs and match became tie with Nepal 241/9----- UAE 241/6 in 50 overs and according to the rule of ACC for this Elite Cup Nepal and UAE decleard the Jointly winner of this series.

In bowling Shakti Gauchan took 3 wickets while Sanjam Regmi took 1 wicket, two other batsman of UAE was run out.

Nepali Captain Paras Khadka won the Man of this Series for his excellent all round performance in batting and bowling in this series.

Malaysia Vs Nepal – ACC Trophy Elite Cup Cricket 2012

Nepal Entered Final of ACC Trophy Elite Cricket Defeating Malaysia by 21 runs today in Semifinal Batting first Nepal made 241 runs loosing 9 wickets in 45 over (5.35 runs per over) , 5 over was reduced due to delayed start of match due to heavy Fog in Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Chasing 241 runs Malaysia manage to make 220 runs loosing 9 wicket in 45 over.

Batting performance of Nepali Captain Khadka was impressive today also he collected 89 runs in 96 ball before catch out by Anwar Arudin of Malaysia.

Other Nepali Batsman Sharad Veswakar made 37 runs, Prithu Baskota and Gyanendra Malla made 34 runs each , and Pradeep Aairee added 11 runs in Nepali side.

In Bowling Prithu Baskota took 3 wicket Shakti Gauchan took 2 wickets while Amrit Bhattarai, Paras Khadka, Basanta Regmi and Bhuwan Karki took 1 wicket each

Nepal defeats Saudi Arabia by 9 wickets in ACC Trophy Elite Cricket 2012

With the blasting batting performance of Vice Captain Gyanendra Malla Nepal registered comfortable victory against Saudi Arabia.

In Kuwait's Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Nepal won the toss and invited Saudi Arabia to Bat first in which Nepali bowlers tight up Saudi 132 runs in 48.2 overs in low run rate of 2.71 per over. To smash in low run rate Nepali bowlers shown impressive bowling in which Captain Paras Khadka and Basanta Regmi took 3 wicket each where Shakti Gauchan and Bhuvan Karki took 2 wickets.

Today's Hero was Gyanendra Malla who completes his half century in just 18 balls Gyanendra was full-on blast today he scored six (4's) in one over of Md. Nadeem, to score notout 61 Gyanendra faced just 23 balls.

World's Largest "Thanka" painting in Nepal

World's Largest "Thanka" painting is currently in display for public in Dasrath Stadium, Kathmandu.

This Thanka was possible when more than 10,000 volunteer painters from 16 different nations join their hand for 8 years of hard work in Japan. Thanka is 70 m (Height) and 50 m (wide) and 100 kg in weight. Painting depicting 12 important life history of Lord Gautam Buddha. In Dasrath Stadium size is about the full of our football ground one goal post to another.(see pictures)

Thanka exhibition was inaugurated by Pri Minister Baburam Bhattarai earlier today and will be open free for public for 2 days (5-6 Oct, 2012) and then next exhibition is said to be in Thailand.
