Clive Palmer has signed a memorandum of understanding with Chinese company CSC Jinling Shipyard to build the Titanic II.

He called the project "a tribute to the spirit of the men and women who worked on the original Titanic."

Original Titanic was crashed in the iceberg of North Atlantic Sea 100 years before in which more than 1500 people were killed.

In this New Titanic Clive Palmer is planning to include all modern technology, Loaded all the Latest Navigation and Safety Security system, and additional luxuries function will be used but will still make it look like the original design. For example: Despite being diesel-powered, the new ship will still have four smoke stacks, like the coal-powered original, but they will be purely decorative.

You might travel in this cruise ship Titanic II after 2016 because deadline of completion of this ship is late 2016.

Philips Award winning LED Bulb has 20 years of Life – Cost 60$

How long your electricity bulb survives 3 months/4months or if you buy CFL bulbs then it will hardly work for 1 year.

Now Dutch Philips Company discovered an LED light bulbs which will work and average for 20 years. This was an award wining bulb made by Dutch company Phillips in this bulb instead of filament advanced LED technology has been used to reduce the power consumption. The 10-watt LED bulb (light-emitting diode) was deemed an efficient alternative to the standard 60-watt incandescent bulb, and rated to last 30,000 hours.

American Department of Energy organized a competition named "Bright Tomorrow" in which participating company had to provide low power consuming bulbs instead of normal 60 watts bulbs. U.S government competition seeking to replace the common 60 watts and more power consuming bulbs by the end of 2014. 100 watts and more power consuming bulbs are already banned in America and Europe. 60 watts are also going to remove from the production.

Bulb won the US Department of Energy's "Bright Tomorrow Lighting Prize" available from retailers for $50, down from an initial $60 price tag. The company said it was planning discounts to bring the cost down to as little as $25.

But producers are claming that scene had been shooted in permission of her and it is a significant part of the movie and now it is not possible to delete because that is a keyword of the movie to attract public to the theater.

As we remember in past lots of controversies had been made before release of Chapali height digitally altered Poster of Actress Binita Baral and Cold war between Producers and Actress succeeded to gain lots of public interest and in end Film became a huge box office Hit.

In the case of Chandrawati also we can say that this hole issue also may be the publicly stunt to revise the same success story.

These types of controversies became the key factor these days to gain public interest. Clashes and fight story between crew members like producer, director and the actress of the movie had proven to be a positive factor in the success of a movie.

According to producer of Chapali Height however 20 lakhs amount is not so big because in this amount they also have to complete the Dubbing, Mixing and Re-recording of the Songs of Movie in Hindi version. Length of Story and Script will not changed

In the heart of Kathmandu, New Road one news spread as jungle fire one person to another that Ghost had beaten the Person in New Road frighten the people hardly.

From long time that house was empty; no people live in that house because people believe that ghost used to live in that house.

According to News sources, Camera person of Avenues television Mr. Basu Satyal was schedule to shoot in that house to break the myth that House is hunted by Ghost. When he view out from the windows of that "So called" ghost hunted house, rumor spread that ghost had beaten the person, and thrown out form the window of that house. Within a few minutes peoples around the new road started to closed their shops in fear of ghost.

Thousands of people came to see the ghost so hole day New Road suffers from heavy traffic jams. Heavy Vehicles are diverted from the gate of new road. Lots of Police persons were motivated to control unwanted activates. They were very busy in giving the security to the area and to control the traffics.

When some people asked to explain the incident then camera person Satyal said that it's just the rumors nothing is like that.

But still people are curious to know the mystery about this incident and about that hunted house in New Road.

Meenakshi Thapa Murdered in India -Struggling Actress from Nepal

Nepali actress Meenakshi Thapa had been Murderd in India. Meenakshi Thapa was struggling actor and want to establish a career in Bollywood industries. She worked in some of Commercial ads and one horror film named "404".

Two people had been arrested in this case by Crime Branch Mumbai, Named Amit Kumar Jaiswal and Priti Alvina Suri according to news these two are also struggling actors.

Amit and Priti meet Meenakshi during the movie they worked together and became casual friends. Meenakshi used to tell them that she belongs from rich family in Nepal and just Working in movies as hobby.

Priti and Amit was suffering huge financial crisis and one day they made a plan to kidnap Meenakshi and earn good money as Ransom. In 13th of March Amit and Priti convinced Meenakshi to go with them to shoot Movie in Allahabad. From that they Meenakshi was missing.

After few days kidnapers ask Meenakshi's mother that they kidnapped Meenakshi and if they denied to give 15 Laks of Indian Rupees they will make an "Porn film" of her or kill her.

But after few days Meenakshi's body had been recover from Water Tank and head from Public Bus.

Salhesh Flower - Only appears ones a year in Nepali New year Eve

First day offering counted 1 lakh 13 thousand and 44 rupees from Pashupati Temple, after regulating "Temple and Offering Management act 2068" this was the unbelievable offerings counted in the first day. Before that all the offerings and donations use to take by Bhattas (Priests) and Mul-Bhattas (Main Priest) of Pashupati Temple. Only few money that had been dropped into the donation box which used to count as income of Pashupati Temple that means just 2 laks rupees per year can you believe that. 2 lakhs rupees an year or 1,13,000 rupees an day huge difference no???

After regulating the act now Mul-Bhattas, Bhattas and other priests will get an monthly salary by government which is 3,50,000 Rs for Mul-Bhattas which includes House rent, telephone bill, fuel, insurance, Overtime for public holidays, Transport Allowance(Car) etc. And other Bhattas will receive 1,50,000/- Rs per month with all allowances. Bhattas are specially come from South India as Tradition establish from ancient times.

Now devotees have to drop their offerings in donation boxes. Now cannot offer directly into the temple, you have to pay in counter and to take receipt for "Special Pujas" and other offerings. Metal detectors and "Walk through Gates" had been arranged in the gates, you will feel huge difference now when you will enter Pashupatinath Temple after this act has been regulated.
